Hiring Location(s): Toronto
This position requires you to use a wide range of skills as you work on all phases of the ASIC flow from architecture, design, verification, and physical implementation to post silicon validation.
Responsibilities include:
- Architect, design, implement, debug, verify, and productize ASICs, FPGAs and IP blocks
- Work with our external customers and/or internal designers to integrate our IP Cores
- Mentor junior and intermediate team members
- Present product features and benefits to customers in order to solve their design needs
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years Experience writing detailed specifications, RTL Design & Coding, Verification & Validation
- Self-motivated with effective communication skills and a strong teamwork approach
- 10+ years Previous experience working on large digital SoCs with many hierarchical layout macros is preferred
- 10+ years Experience using Verilog/System Verilog
- 10+ years Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow
- 10+ years Digital design, logic synthesis and coverage analysis, experience with back end support
- 10+ years RTL, Verilog, System Verilog
- 10+ years Verification skills - a working knowledge of UVM is a plus
- 10+ years A working knowledge of scripting
- Must currently be legally eligible to work in Canada
