Hiring Location(s): Toronto

This position requires you to use a wide range of skills as you work on all phases of the ASIC flow from architecture, design, verification, and physical implementation to post silicon validation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Architect, design, implement, debug, verify, and productize ASICs, FPGAs and IP blocks
  • Work with our external customers and/or internal designers to integrate our IP Cores
  • Mentor junior and intermediate team members
  • Present product features and benefits to customers in order to solve their design needs


  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years Experience writing detailed specifications, RTL Design & Coding, Verification & Validation
  • Self-motivated with effective communication skills and a strong teamwork approach
  • 10+ years Previous experience working on large digital SoCs with many hierarchical layout macros is preferred
  • 10+ years Experience using Verilog/System Verilog
  • 10+ years Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow
  • 10+ years Digital design, logic synthesis and coverage analysis, experience with back end support
  • 10+ years RTL, Verilog, System Verilog
  • 10+ years Verification skills - a working knowledge of UVM is a plus
  • 10+ years A working knowledge of scripting
  • Must currently be legally eligible to work in Canada
